Application
With its advantages in thermal efficiency, radiation, safety and energy conservation, infrared ceramic heaters are widely used in plastics, chemicals, light industrial, electronic, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. It’s mainly used for vacuum forming, curing paint drying, bakery, medicine dehydration and medical care.
Structure
The infrared ceramic heater uses high-performance quartz glass as the core conductor material. It selects high-quality quartz with a silicon content of over 95% and forms a stable silicon dioxide structure through high-temperature chemical reactions. This special material not only has outstanding high-temperature resistance, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures as high as 1800℃, but also naturally possesses infrared radiation characteristics, which can quickly convert electrical energy into infrared thermal energy to achieve efficient heating.
The heating element part is made of Cr20Ni80 resistance wire, which is precisely wound into a spiral shape and evenly cast in a high thermal conductivity material, and then formed by high-temperature firing and curing. This design isolates the resistance wire from the outside world, which not only enhances the anti-oxidation performance and safety of the heating element but also ensures that the heat can be conducted rapidly and evenly in all directions. Combined with the infrared characteristics of the quartz glass and glaze layer, it forms an efficient thermal radiation system.
