Cleaning furnace

The equipment makes use of the characteristics that the polymer can be melted at about 300 degrees, the isolated air can be cracked and decomposed at more than 300 degrees, and can be completely oxidized in an environment with a small amount of air and a certain vacuum degree above 400 degrees. The workpiece with polymer dirt is first heated to 300 degrees (according to the process requirements). The large number of polymer on the workpiece is melted and flows to the collection container in the lower part of the furnace, and then the furnace temperature is raised to 400-500 degrees, at the same time, the vacuum pump is opened, and a small amount of fresh air is injected, so that the remaining polymer is fully oxidized, the generated carbon dioxide is pumped through the water ring vacuum pump after water spray, and the water is discharged out of the oven.

The cleaning furnace is equipped with high-precision temperature sensors and pressure sensors to monitor the temperature and pressure changes in the furnace chamber in real time, ensuring the stability and controllability of process parameters. Equipped with an intelligent control system, it supports preset multi-segment temperature curves to meet the personalized cleaning needs of different workpieces.  The entire equipment adopts a double-layer insulation structure and high-temperature resistant sealing materials, which not only effectively reduces heat loss and lowers energy consumption, but also prevents high-temperature gas leakage, ensuring the safety of operators. 

The cleaning process of this equipment does not require the use of chemical solvents, avoiding secondary pollution and conforming to the concept of green and environmentally friendly production. Compared with traditional cleaning methods, it has significant advantages such as high efficiency, low cost, and thorough cleaning effect.
